    is actually shipped.  Feel free to ask for an exception for special occasions.
  • We ship via United States Postal Service.  Default shipping is Parcel Post,
    which can take from 2-8 days.  You may expedite to Priority Mail, which is 3-4 days,
    or you may pay for Express Mail for overnite service, when you have the need.
  • Please order no later than 3pm Eastern Standard Time for any expedited services.
  • Holidays and Weekends do NOT count as shipping days.
  • Shipping charged in the site does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, nor Canada. 
    Extra shipping costs may need to be paid prior to shipping to those locations.
  • Shipping quoted on this website does NOT include International Destinations.
    Please call or email for rates outside of the continental United States, and give your
    full shipping address including postal code, phone number, and items requested.
    We will respond promptly via email as to the shipping rate for your order,
    which will have to be charged to your card manually.
  • RETURNS/REFUNDS:  We must be notified within 3 business days of your delivery date as
    to a problem with the order, which then will be resolved quickly, as we do value your business!
