- Please order no later than 3pm Eastern Standard Time
to ensure shipment on a certain date.
- Holidays and Weekends do NOT count as shipping days.
- If you select Express Saver Shipping, it will arrive
by the 3rd
business
day from the date shipped.
- If you select 2-Day Shipping, it will arrive on the 2nd
business
day from the date shipped.
- If you select Standard Overnight, it will arrive on the next
business day.
- Shipping charged in the site does NOT include Alaska,
Hawaii, nor Canada.
Extra shipping costs may need to be paid prior to
shipping to those locations, and/or
they may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
- Shipping quoted on this website does NOT include
International Destinations. Please call or email for rates outside of
the continental United States, and give your full shipping address including
postal code, phone number, and items requested. We will respond
promptly via email as to the shipping rate for your order, which will have
to be charged to your card manually.
- Lightweight items and some military addresses may be
shipped
via U.S. Postal Mail. If we do not receive a physical shipping address
in time,
we will ship to PO Boxes via U.S. Postal Mail.
- RETURNS/REFUNDS: We must be notified within 3
business days of your delivery date as
to a problem with the order, which
then will be resolved quickly, as we do value your business!
