The ClaMartini:

3 oz vodka, 1/2 oz dry vermouth, 2 oz fresh clam juice (filtered and ICE cold), 1-2 dashes Tabasco (red) per serving; combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds. Pour straight up into a martini glass. I haven't come up with a garnish, but this was good. Ice cold, a clean sea-bottomy flavor (as Julia Child would observe), and a little zip from the Tabasco.
