Mexican Cosmopolitan:

Mix 2 ozTequila (Author's choice is Patron Blanco), 1 oz Cointreau, splash of cranberry juice, 1/4 squeezed lime; shake all ingredients & strain into glass; serve with lime wedge; drink should be pale pink with a little pulp. Compliments of Sara Haven.
