Joyce's "Knock Out" Chocolate Caramel Martini:

4oz. Smirnoff 100 proof Vodka, 1oz Pure Vanilla Extract, 1.5oz. Gran Gala Orange Liqueur (no substitutes...unless you go for Cointreau, 2oz Cask & Cream Caramel Temptation, 1oz Hershey's Chocolate Sauce, 4-5oz. Half and Half Cream, Large Shaker 1/2 full of crushed ice, Sliced Strawberries for Garnish on the glass; Add all the ingredients into the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into a clear martini glass that has been drizzled/striped" first with a bit more chocolate sauce. Garnish the glass with a Strawberry and drizzle of chocolate sauce.
