Chocolate, Chilli, Lime martini:

45mls lime vodka (Finlandia), 45mls plain vodka (Finlandia), Two whole chillies seeds out and halved; All ingredients left in a shaker with no ice at this stage for 2 minutes; Garnish the bottom of a chilled martini glass with white chocolate; Add the fresh juice of two limes to the shaker; Add 60mls Hersheys Chocolate syrup to the shaker; Mix to dissolve chocolate syrup; Add 15mls Crème de Cacao Brown; Add 1 scoop ice; Stir again and strain into glass; Garnish with a chilli on the side of the glass and chocolate flakes floated on top.
