Pork Loin O.J.:

2-3 lb Pork Loin roast
1 cup Oliver’s Twist olive juice
1 fresh orange juiced or 1 cup orange juice
1 Tsp ginger powder
1 Tblsp Season All (McCormick’s)
1-2 garlic cloves minced or grated

Rub dry seasonings and garlic into pork loin. Place in crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.

* can add sliced onions to pot for added flavor.

Serve with jasmine rice and pour some of the juices from the meat over the rice and place pork loin on top. Add a salad and/or veggie and Viola, a great meal!
