Delectable Roast Beef:

1 4-5lb Beef roast, any cut
3/4-1 cup Oliver’s Twist olive juice
1/2 cup sliced olives, flavor of choice
3 Garlic cloves (or to taste)
1/4 cup roasted pepper salsa

Season roast with Montreal Steak seasoning by sprinkling and rubbing it all over meat. Then brown roast on all sides in olive oil. Mince garlic and rub onto meat, then place into Dutch oven or crock pot, add olive juice, olives and salsa and simmer for 3 hours.

You can scrub up 4-5 red potatoes,( onions, sweet potatoes) quarter them and toss them in the last 45 minutes of cooking.

Enjoy this ever so tender, melt in your mouth meat. Leftovers are great in quesadillas or sandwiches on a toasted bun with a little mayo and some of the juices the meat cooked in.
